Có hay không sự cân bằng trong đời sống?

Rất tiếc là không có sự cân bằng. Đời sống là lựa chọn của mỗi người, là sự chủ động, tự chủ. Không có chuyện mọi việc đều tốt đẹp, mà đó là lựa chọn cho những ưu tiên ở những thời điểm nhất định của cuộc đời.

Có hạnh phúc không? Không có hạnh phúc tuyệt đối. Chỉ có hạnh phúc hơn.

Bởi hạnh phúc là một trạng thái, mà trạng thái có thể thay đổi theo nhiều yếu tố.

Khi đã có đủ những nhu cầu cơ bản về vật chất (ăn uống, nơi ở), hạnh phúc là một yếu tố mang tính tự thân rất cao.

Đời người có ba trụ cột. Tâm – Thân – Trí. Tâm là tâm hồn, Thân là thân thể, Trí là trí tuệ.

Chúc cho mỗi người đều có ý thức và học hỏi được những kỹ năng để nuôi dưỡng ba trụ cột quan trọng đó của đời người.
