  1. , I think it’d be awesome to have built in power areas at the office … though, I’m not sure the rest of us have as many power cords as you, lol.I recently picked up an 11″ Air, too … soooooo good!

  2. Eens. En waarmee ze dus hetzelfde pad kiezen als hun Amerikaanse broeders. Gratis downloaden wordt het nieuwe model, elke band kan het doen, ik doe het ook. En zonder de BUMA. Tralalie!

  3. If everybody involved can abandon the adversarial relationship and assumethat everyone involved is a good person with good motives and look at it objectively as to what would benefit the most, they might work it out. But as long as the parents of the “normal” (is abled the new politically correct word)and the parents of the disabled children are calling each other names and trying to win, nobody’s going to win.

  4. Since you are such a genius (and so eloquent), answer this question: If you were moving into a new arena and the entire NYC and NJ press corps was attending a media tour of your new building, would you make sure that you had a warm body present to promote your product? If you don’t agree then you are a numb scull- better yet, your brain is numb. You are CLUELESS about PR, the media and marketing.

  6. … It's estimated that 15,000 to 50,000 showed up. They had 6 months, spent millions. One TV network attacking 24/7.Right wing radio. Newspapers. The MSM a willing participant.1.3 million HCR petitions. The hospital industry. The energy industry.Rupert Murdoch, and they failed.Your rants are always lacking in facts.

  7. Mr. Swain,I was wondering how exactly you go about your word choice. In my own writing I tend to repeat the same words constantly, and I am trying to remedy that. Do you take a thesaurus to your writing, or is your word choice just the byproduct of research, previous knowledge, etc? Thanks,D’Amani Grayer

  14. · Thank you for those sweet words, Paula. I fear I take my gifts for granted all the time—and one of the things I love most about this blog is it reminds me to notice them.

  15. Jim, thanks to you, at age 65 I will be transferring $2,000 from RRSP to RRIF to claim the full pension income credit. As my wife has no pension income, is there any advantage to “Pension Split income with your spouse” as part of your tax planning strategies?I have requested for income split for the CPP & OAS. Can the RRIF (as above) be not split to take advantage of the full tax credit?

  16. I hate cellphones…though I understand how they can come in handy in an emergency. I never had one, but my step-sister has one attached to her face. I think parents prefer that their kids have one, to make sure they’re okay, they don’t get stranded or something…JV

  17. Interesting idea. I do think the ability to have faith is important; it has puzzled me before that some people with truly nightmarish childhoods have the ability to hope for something better while others from less damaging backgrounds are less able. Some people can keep the idea of “goodness” alive even if they’ve experienced very little of it.

  18. We are almost weaned here, so time to pack up those unattractive nursing bras! I’m not so sure that “organized” is the right word for our closet…aside from the color thing! It was a fun Listicles, that’s for sure!

  19. The person who wrote this article seems to be ignorant of Islamic teachings. He is has just narrated his insecurites over herr. The sad thing is that some people actually believe this kind of stupidity

  21. Roshni, this was a great post. You did such a good job of highlighting that there are different parts to all of us and how this shapes our relationships. Yet at the same time, this doesn’t have to pigeonhole us–we can still grow and bend every day!

  22. Předpokládejmě, že se narodí dítě. Ještě než si vyvine paměť, tak všichni ostatní lidi zemřou. Bude třeba žít se zvířatama. Vyvine si toto dítě vědomí, jaké máme my?
